What age groups do you teach?
We teach students from age 4 upward, including adults. Our teachers are experienced with young children, teens, and adult learners, and adjust their style accordingly
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. Classes run on Zoom or Google Meet — both are free to download. A stable internet connection is all you need.
Can I choose a male or female teacher?
Yes. We have both male and female certified teachers available. When booking your trial, simply let us know your preference and we will match you accordingly.
What if I miss a class?
No class is wasted. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Missed classes are carried over to the following week.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 3 classes are completely free — no payment details required. After the trial, you decide whether to enrol on a paid plan. There is zero pressure and zero obligation.
Can I change my teacher later?
Absolutely. If you feel the teacher pairing is not a perfect fit, let your coordinator know and we will arrange an alternative teacher at no extra cost.
Is there a contract or minimum period?
No contracts, no lock-in. All plans are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp before your next billing date.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes — 10% off for each additional child on the Growth plan, and 15% on the Hifz Intensive plan. Discounts are applied automatically when you enrol more than one student.
